Reservation of tickets

Sorry, we don’t reserve tickets.

Refunds

We are able to provide refunds up to 24 hours before the performance. After this point we are unable to provide a refund unless we are able to resell your ticket. Please call the box office for more information.

Exchanging tickets

Unlike many theatres we will exchange tickets for another performance or give you a credit to the value of your seats for use at a later time.

Access

Lakeside Theatre has full disabled access and an access lift to all floors. Wheelchairs can enter the theatre through the main box office. There is a 50 yard path on a slight hill between the theatre and the car park. Please inform us when booking so we can meet your requirements.

We also have an access entrance (offering limited facilities) should you require a designated parking bay in close proximity to the theatre. An infrared enhancement system is available in the main auditorium. We welcome assistance dogs at all performances, please inform us when booking. Travel
