For six years Leeds boys Biscuithead and the Biscuit Badgers have been gathering a reputation as oddball tubadours who will leave you singing of hermit crabs, dinosaurs and cheese. Like sleek bodied birds of prey they hover above the grass verge of British music, waiting patiently to feed the sound of Sam’s tuba, Bob’s piano, Matty’s drums and Dean’s ukulele into your gaping beaks.
“Sometimes I love bands because their music is so exquisitely crafted and sometimes simply because it’s irresistibly daft. In the case of Biscuithead and the Biscuit Badgers it’s both!” Tom Robinson, BBC 6 Music.
