Get ready for this Winter show full of pantomime fun!
Are you ready to go into the woods? Join Red Riding Hood as she goes on this exciting adventure, meeting both furry friends and foes alike! Red is an adventurous young spirit who wants nothing more than to see the world. Her wish comes true when she is sent to fetch her poor old granny in the woods some bread.
However, things turn from weird to weirder, as along the way she encounters a group of deranged dancing dogs, curiously choral creatures, and a certainly fierce furry foe. Her mother, worried sick at home, treks after her band of hilariously silly allies, including a trio of particularly prudish pigs, among which includes the downright fabulous Dame Totiana Toolittle-Trotsalot (but friends just call her Totty), and her much-less-fabulous piggy siblings, Hansel and Bjorn.
Meanwhile, deep in the woods, Red is greeted by all the whimsically weird forest creatures, who invite her to sing and dance. All is well for the time being, until Red is confronted by the one and only Big Bad Wolf! And let’s just say he hasn’t had his Weetabix. Fortunately for her, the Wolf underestimates Red’s wit, and she is quick enough to evade his suave and slick advances, while the Wolf is still on the hunt. He and his gaggle of canine sidekicks retreat into their den, and concoct a genius plan to trick the girl once and for all!
All the while, Red’s mother is determined to make sure that Red stays safe and sound at all costs. So, who’ll get their paws (literally) on Red first? There’s only once way to find out… tag along, and get sucked into this magical world.
Oh, and don’t forget to bring your big loud voices! Because this pantomime will have you singing, clapping, and screaming “IT’S BEHIND YOU” in no time!
