Charlène Gisèle Bourliout
Charlène Gisèle is a former Big Law litigator turned professional Burnout Advisor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Master Performance Coach, who empowers high-achieving students to prevent Academic Burnout. The power of her approach is not to study less, it is about integrating relaxation and refueling strategies daily to sustain academic performance.
Somdip Dey
Dr. Somdip Dey is an award-winning scientist, tech entrepreneur, and music producer with over 14 years of experience in the tech industry. His innovative products and intellectual properties have impacted billions worldwide, earning him recognition as an MIT Innovator Under 35 and a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. In his TEDx talk, Dr. Dey delves into the unseen influence of social media on financial decisions and mental well-being. Drawing from his diverse background, he offers insights into the pervasive nature of digital influence and provides practical strategies for reclaiming autonomy in the digital age. Dr. Dey’s talk serves as a call to action, empowering audiences to make mindful choices that prioritize long-term financial health and personal fulfillment.
Ashleigh Percival-Borley
Ashleigh Percival-Borley is a British Army veteran and a scholar with a robust academic background in military history, holding a Master’s degree in War Studies, a PGCE in History, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Currently a doctoral candidate at Durham University, Ash’s research focuses on the Special Operations Executive (SOE), Intelligence operations, the role of women in combat, and the broader narratives of the Second World War.
Ash has established a reputation for their expertise in the intersection of gender and warfare, particularly in examining the contributions and experiences of women during the Second World War. Her work is driven by a commitment to challenge traditional military narratives and to bring to light the vital roles played by women in wartime contexts. In addition to their academic pursuits, Ash is an active public intellectual, frequently contributing to radio discussions on women in war and WWII intelligence operations. They have delivered lectures at the Imperial War Museum and will be presenting their research at the National Intelligence History Conference at Bletchley Park in November.
As a trustee of the Combined Military Services Museum, Ash is dedicated to preserving and promoting the historical narratives of women in war. Their mission is to ensure that the complexities of women’s wartime experiences are recognized and integrated into the broader historical discourse.
Kate Beckwith
