We’re really happy to announce the return of the Hunt and Darton Cafe!
After the success of last year (and after requests from a lot of art hungry people) we can confirm that the duo will once again be taking over the Lakeside Theatre Café during
Freshers (ahem) Welcome Week 2013 (the first week of October.)
If you’re mouth isn’t watering at the memory of Roast Dinner Sandwiches and retro chocolates, here’s the low-down on what to expect here from H&D’s own website:
“Award winning Pop-up cafe– which isn’t just arty, it is ART.
A fully functioning Café that blends art with the everyday, Hunt & Darton Cafe is a social and artistic hub where spontaneity and performance meet great food and drink. Hunt & Darton Cafe encourages playful participation and meaningful social encounters. Whether seeking surprising art or a relaxing place to spend the afternoon, customers can expect a welcoming atmosphere and food served with a twist.

Hunt and Darton Cafe will be occupying a disused shop space in at the Edinburgh Fringe throughout August. If you’re heading to the festival make sure you check them out!
