Writing From Life – exploring the pitfalls and pleasures of dramatising real people and events. Focusing on how to research and when to stop, balancing truth with theatricality, and bringing historical characters to vivid on-stage life.  This workshop is led by acclaimed playwright Amy Rosenthal  whose extensive theatre work includes: THE TAILOR-MADE MAN, Arts Theatre 2013, ON THE ROCKS, Hampstead Theatre 2008 (shortlisted for the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize), SITTING PRETTY, Watford Palace Theatre 2005, No 1 UK tour and Hypothetical Theatre, New York 2001, HENNA NIGHT, Chelsea Theatre (Winner of the Sunday Times Drama Award, Scarborough Festival 1999).
